Are you kidding me?

Any diet that recommends hot dogs and ice cream every night doesn’t seem very scientific to me. This is just another fad diet that can cause some weight loss due to low calories.

The problem is, any weight you lose during these three days will come back once you resume your normal diet. As you may have experienced, that is the case with all fast diets.

If you want lasting weight loss, you should stop the 3-day Birmingham Heart Diet for patients scheduled for surgery.
