Dynasty Rankings Wide Receivers
The 2022 regular season offers an ample opportunity for the wide receiver position to be over-valued. While there is no doubt that the wide receiver position has a long way to go before a top-tier player reaches the status of a WR1. As a result, a number of veteran wideouts are now in the WR2 tier. Although they lack the cache of WR1s from the previous tier, these players can produce a spike touchdown season.
As a dynasty wide receiver, Adams is worth keeping an eye on. His rookie season saw him top the 1,000-yard mark and score six touchdowns. His age should give him time to develop into a dynasty star, but he won’t play in the regular season. Another dynasty RB worth keeping an eye on is rookie RB Sam Darnold. His rookie year saw him split the field with fellow RB Rhamandre Stevenson. Harris is an excellent dynasty running back and should be your RB2 weekly.
Kittle, meanwhile, has five more WR rankings fantasy seasons left in him. His aging body is also an advantage – he has only five more seasons to play before he is no longer a rookie. However, it’s still possible to find an affordable WR with upside. Knox, for example, has a breakout year in his 25th year, having nine touchdowns and 587 yards in 15 games. For now, his price is still affordable, so he’s worth a look.
Dynasty Rankings Wide Receivers – 2022 Regular Season
DeVonta Smith is the other top dynasty WR in 2022. While DeVonta Smith is the obvious WR to draft, he’s only a few rungs below him in the dynasty rankings. His ACL injury last month may be the difference between the two. Smith will most likely play more snaps than Williams, but his upside is similar to his.
Cooper Kupp, meanwhile, is the top fantasy wide receiver in 2022. He was WR24 last year and had more than a hundred points more PPR fantasy last year. While he’s not a WR1 in your dynasty league this year, his upside is incredible. Cooper Kupp may cost too much in your draft, but he’s still an excellent buy-low option.
Darnell Mooney is a bright spot for the Bears. He caught 81 of his 140 targets last season, closing as WR31. Although Mooney has limited potential to be a true alpha receiver, he’s still a WR1 candidate who could smoke everyone in the tier in the short term. He’s also a cheap way to acquire a wide receiver with a big upside in target volume.
Zach Ertz, of the Arkansas Razorbacks, has massive hands, big catch radius, and a high contested catch rate. He’ll fit most schemes and should be a valuable fantasy asset in 2022. As a freshman, Burks had a massive impact as a dynasty TE, but his fantasy value is likely to rise. His high IQ will make him a valuable asset for your team.
