Combine onion, diced tomatoes with green chiles, salsa verde, navy beans, corn, chicken broth, oregano, and cumin in a crockpot. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 hours. When ready, remove the chicken from the crockpot. Shred, return to crockpot and stir.

What do you need:

  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of processed cheese meal
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup cooked small shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 loaf of French bread, 1/2-inch thick, lightly toasted

Combine sour cream, process cheese, lobster, crab meat, shrimp, and cream cheese in a crockpot. Cover and simmer until cheese melts, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the seafood seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture, then mix to combine the ingredients well. Serve with toasted French bread.

What do you need:

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 kilogram green beans, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1/4 kilo of red potatoes, in quarters
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place the sausage, green beans, potatoes, onion, water, butter, vegetable oil, salt, and ground black pepper in a crockpot. Toss to coat and mix ingredients well. Cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour or until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
