It can be safely said that the Life Fitness G2 Home Gym feels much more stable compared to other home gyms. It also has that commercial grade feel to it. You don’t have to worry about wobbling and moving around, especially when you do the leg extension part. It also has a low cable that allows you to do seated rows, shoulder, leg and bicep work.

You can also switch between different exercises as the machine has a contoured backrest and a comfortable seat.

Probably the only downside the Life Fitness G2 Home Gym has is that its seat can’t be moved, so you can’t do exercises like triceps pushdowns. But you can do many other exercises.
