Dr. Hino, PhD., A Microbiologist in Ensenada, is highly regarded by his patients who claim that they are not necessarily cured, but that they feel much better thanks to his treatment. His degree is from the prestigious Cal Tech. He runs the Ensenada Health and Wellness Center located on Obregón Street.

He does extensive lab work with everyone, be it the most basic one that costs $ 45 or one that covers everything for $ 100. He does the patient evaluation. Two free consultations are given, the second covers the results of the lab work. Every person who spoke to me said that his blood tests were the best they have ever had, and his explanations were the most complete, indicating that this man has the best interests of his patient at heart.

Jane was in a lot of pain due to the deterioration of the discs in her back. Her explanations of her entire system were explained to her, for example, how her cholesterol levels might affect her. This was not the original complaint, but he covered it extensively with it anyway. He spends a lot of time with each patient, but does not do the stem cell therapy administered by a resident physician. It supervises the procedure and makes its recommendations. He creates the mixes. The point here is that there is indeed a doctor in the clinic. All three people I interviewed emphasized this.

Jane said her pain was about nine point five on a scale of ten before treatment. After receiving a series of stem cell treatments, you feel that your pain is manageable, maybe three. Treatments continue and more are done in six months. The original series cost him $ 3,000. He also recommended that I speak with Jane Hitt of the Hitt Wellness Center in Tijuana, who does similar work.

I also interviewed Rob, who has heart disease and fibromyalgia. He has been to an alternative medical facility in Northern California for chelation therapy. Dr. Hino’s clinic also uses chelation. According to the Ensenada Health and Wellness Center website, chelation therapy “cleans the arteries, removes heavy metals, plaque, increases blood flow, and reduces heart disease.”

Rob also mentioned that he felt the lab work was the most extensive he had ever had. He did treatments for seven months in total. Before receiving treatment with Dr. Hino, he had been using nitroglycerin on a regular basis. Now he says he uses it infrequently. He also says that his fibromyalgia pain is gone, which is a good claim to be able to render many fibromyalgia patients incapacitated.

My third interviewee was Therese, who had liver disease, so I went to see Dr. Hino for relief. She went twice a week for a forty-five minute IV drip of stem cell therapy. She is also very happy with her result. He also wanted people to know that he works for free for the poor. He is in the process of creating a small golf course in Ensenada with recovery housing for his patients so they can stay close by if necessary.

Here is a short interview I did with the doctor via email:

Because you are in Mexico?

Dr. Hino: I am here in Mexico researching cancer and chronic degenerative diseases using various forms of stem cell therapies.

What led you to stem cell therapy?

Dr. Hino: My background is in Molecular Biology. I am researching the causes of degenerative diseases, so the obvious choice is to use regenerative medicine that involves stem cells.

Who is your target audience / patient base?

Dr. Hino: My current target base is patients from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan.

What do you want to tell this audience?

Dr. Hino: If there is a will, there is a way!

What are your short-term and long-term goals?

Dr. Hino: I have already achieved my short term goals. My long-term goals are to continue with my short-term goals.

Would you recommend the Hitt Wellness Center if it is overloaded?

Dr. Hino: I have only heard about the Hitt Wellness Center and I have only researched what Dr. Hitt was doing in Tijuana. I think he was trying to make a difference to improve the quality of life for his patients.

Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm. Closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
