You may find it difficult to tell others “No.” If you agree to do everything for everyone, this is what makes you very nervous. If you learn to say no, you won’t have much to do, which will help you be more relaxed.

Focus on the positive things in life. You have many things to be thankful for, regardless of the negative things that happen in life.
