Kindle may require wireless connectivity for other services to be available to your device and this may require a fee.

This new device offers global coverage. It uses GSM technology and can be accessed wirelessly in more than 100 countries.

You can still wirelessly download books to over 100 countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, Japan, Norway, Spain, South Africa, the United Kingdom (UK) and many others. By receiving your newspaper and magazine subscriptions wirelessly on the go, you can still stay in touch with the news from home.

Fees may apply to US customers traveling abroad using wireless delivery of periodicals. To avoid these fees, download articles through your computer and transfer them to your Kindle using USB.
