Everyone loves a mysterious person. Women like Marilyn Monroe kept men on their toes, as they didn’t know if she was a sex-pot, a ditzy blonde, or a shy beauty.
Men like James Dean kept women hot and bothered, wondering if he really was as bad as he seemed, or if that sensitive man who appeared from time to time in his movies was the real James Dean.
If you are looking to attract a member of the opposite sex, you would do well to become a bit mysterious.
1) Hard to get or hard to want?
Everyone has heard that you have to play hard to get to attract the person you like. There’s a problem with this: if you play hard to be too hard, you become hard to like.
People who stay too far away from their heart’s desires often give the wrong impression. Withdrawing from her makes the other person believe that you have no interest in her, which, in turn, causes her to shift her interest to someone who will appreciate her advances, however subtle.
