- Listen to the safety rules – You must listen to the rules before entering the game arena. The rules are there for your safety. One rule not to be bent is the safety glasses rule. They must be worn at all times. The paint is toxic to the eyes and will damage sight. Glasses will prevent this from happening. You should also use the safety padding in case you fall.
