As it looks like the lips are hanging down and the hair has been outlined in a darker shade, it is up to you how far you go with the drops of blood and so on.

The next step is to ink the drawing if you prefer, just go over the pencil lines and fill in the dark areas with solid black ink or a cross hatch, usually under the eyes and define the cheekbones if you want a part of the skull to show through.
